摘要
近年来,贵州茶园基地规模迅速扩大,市场开发的问题越显突出。本文在分析贵州茶叶发展优势与市场潜力、市场开发存在的困难与问题的基础上,提出了以提高茶叶经济效益为中心,立足现有市场,发展以高品质绿茶为主的多种类茶产品生产,加快新市场开拓;以培育龙头企业为核心,集中优势资源,加快贵州名优绿茶的规模化生产进程,充分发挥贵州茶园基地的规模化效应;以打造贵州绿茶秀甲天下为目的,充分挖掘贵州茶叶的生态优势、品质优势和茶文化优势的市场发展思路。同时明确了目标任务、指导原则和发展重点,认为持续加快基地建设步伐,稳步现有市场开发,实施企业人才工程建设,整合资源,促进贵州茶叶龙头企业的尽快形成,加大科技攻关力度,尽快完成贵州茶文化的特色内涵研究,实施贵州茶叶出口战略,开拓新产品新市场,筹建贵州茶叶加工工程重点实验室,是当前推进茶叶市场开发的主要措施。
During the past years, the scale of tea garden had expanded rapidly in Guizhou, however, many problems also emerged with the development. Based on the development advantage and market potential, improvement in the tea economic benefits was put forward herein. Of high importance, production of high-quality green tea, acceleration new market exploitation were among the key path. Utility of core enterprises, centralization of superior resources, acceleration of the large-scale production process for famous brand and highquality green tea, are essential for the development of this industry.
