摘要
采用PCR-RFLP技术测定了豫南黑猪、杜洛克、长白、大白猪FSHβ亚基基因多态性,测序发现豫南黑猪BB型的128与129 bp位点上插入277 bp的片段而产生多态性,限制性内切酶BamHⅠ酶切后共产生6种基因型,运用最小二乘模型将不同基因型与产仔数进行关联分析,结果显示:豫南黑猪就初产而言,基因型CC型比BC型的TNB和NBA分别多2.67和2.79头(P<0.05);经产基因型CC型比AC型的TNB和NBA分别多2.03和2.14头(P<0.05);而引进猪种初产和经产都没有显著差异。
The polymorphisms of follicular stimulating hormone beta subunit(FSHβ) gene were detected by DNA sequencing and PCR-RFLP methods with the restrictive enzyme BamH Ⅰ,and the effects of combined genotypes of FSHβ loci on the littering traits of Yunan black pig and three foreign pig breeds(Duroc,Landrace and Yorkshire pig) were analyzed by the least square analysis.The results showed that a 277 bp segment was inserted between the 128th and 129th nucleotide of the PCR product of BB genotypic Yunan black pig.The TNB and NBA produced by CC genotypic Yunan black pig were 2.67 and 2.79 heads more than those did by BC genotypic Yunan black pig(P0.05) respectively in the first littering.CC genotypic Yunan black pig produced 2.03 TNB and 2.14 NBA more than AC genotypic one(P0.05) separately in the later littering.However,the effects of combined genotypes on TNB and NBA were insignificant in foreign pig breeds.
