摘要
气路系统是压力机不可缺少的部件之一。气路系统发生故障轻则会导致压力机停机,重则造成人身安全事故。若能减少气路部件的故障则可使外部故障率大幅降低,减少维修费用,降低成本。据此,在分析气路系统的外部故障基础上,采取了有效措施,实现了外部故障大幅度降低的目的。
Pneumatic system is one of the essential parts of the press. The faults of pneumatic system may cause stop of press or safety accident. According to the statistics, the faults of pneumatic elements are the main reason for of the press faults.Thus the press faults have been reduced by reducing the pneumatic elements faults. The pneumatic faults have been analyzed in the text, and improvement measures have been adopted to reduce the pneumatic faults.
