摘要
分析了接触端子零件的冲压工艺性,介绍了其多工位级进模具的总体结构,重点论述了工位设计、排样图设计、模具结构设计、关键零件设计、步距精度计算等关键技术。实践证明,模具结构紧凑合理,具有稳定可靠、调整方便、制程稳定性好等优点,对此类零件的级进模设计有参考价值。
Based on the analysis of the pressing technology and design of muhi-position progressive die for the contact terminal,the whole structure of the particular progressive die has been introduced.The key technology, including design of working-position, layout, die structure, key parts, and calculation of step precision, has been mainly demonstrated. It is proved that the die structure is reasonable and compact, and the die has the advantage like stable sliding,convenient adjustment and reliable process capability. The design provides reference to the design of the progressive dies for similar parts.
