摘要
陈云关于党的执政能力建设思想主要包括要坚持执政为民的理念,要立党为公,为人民"当差";要努力推进党的执政方式的科学化,坚持"不唯上、不唯书、只唯实"的思想方法和"交换、比较、反复"的工作方法;提高党的执政能力的关键在于搞好党的自身建设。
Chen Yun＇s ideas of the Party＇s governing capacity construction contains the following contents： the ruling party should serve the people,serve the public interests and do servants for the people.Adhere to the thoughtway of ＂not only focusing on worship and books,but only focusing on facts＂ and the working method of ＂exchanging,comparing,and repeating＂.Try hard to achieve the Party＇s governing style scientifically.The key to enhancing the Party＇s governing capacity is improving the Party＇s self-construction.
