摘要
目的:观察脾肾同调法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:对35例慢性肾功能衰竭患者在西药常规治疗的基础上,予以调制脾肾方药进行治疗(治疗组),并与单纯西药常规对症治疗对照组进行疗效比较,观察两组疗效。结果:两组总体疗效比较,总有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组;治疗组治疗前后Scr、BUN水平显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.01),两组治疗后Scr、BUN比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:脾肾同调法能够改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床症状,降低Scr与BUN水平,控制慢性肾功能衰竭进展。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of regulating spleen and kidney method for chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods： 55 cases of CRF was allocated to 2 groups randomly.The control group（20 cases）was treated by routine treatment;The treatment group（35 cases）by the above treatment adding with regulating spleen and kidney method.Results： （1）Regulating spleen and kidney method could alleviate the clinical symptoms,the totle effective rate of it on improving clinical symptoms of patients with CRF was very superior to that of the control group（P0.01）.（2）Regulating spleen and kidney method could decline the level of BUN、Scr （P0.01,P0.01） and was very superior to that of the control group （P0.05,P0.05）.Conclusion： Regulating spleen and kidney method can improve renal function and clinical symptoms,decline the level of Scr and BUN,control the progress of CRF.
