摘要
利用城市污泥为部分原料烧制页岩陶粒,研究了污泥不同掺量、不同烧成温度以及焙烧时间对页岩陶粒性能的影响。研究表明,与纯页岩陶粒相比,在页岩粉中掺入一定量的干污泥烧制出的页岩陶粒烧成温度可以降低100℃以上,且性能优异,陶粒的重金属浸出值检测结果低于国家标准,符合环保要求。
Application of municipal sludge in firing shale ceramsitem,the influences of different amount of sludge,different firing temperatures and firing times on performence of shale ceramsite have been researched in the paper.Study shows that,compared with pure shale ceramsite,the sintering temperature of the shale ceramsite added a certain amount of dry sludge may decrease about 100 ℃.And the performence of the sludge shale ceramsite is excellent.Test result for leaching value of heavy metals of ceramsite is lower than the national standard,in line with the requirements of environmental protection.
