摘要
立足于双方收益的最大化,以求达到"双赢",结合成本加激励酬金合同的特点,站在占有决策权的建设单位,把工期、成本、质量3个因素同时作为激励因子,通过建立主从递阶决策激励模型,对双方的收益进行优化,达到在特定条件下双方的最适合工期、最满意质量、最低成本。
Based on the max-profit of both sides,the superiority of cost plus incentive fee contract is used to achieve the win-win goal in construction unit holding the decision-making power.The time,cost,quality are the incentive factors,by establishing the policy-making intencive model to optimize their income for achieving both sides most suits the time limit for a project under the specific condition,the most satisfactory quality,the most low cost.
