摘要
为了改变鄱阳湖流域生态环境恶化、经济发展滞后、群众生活水平低下的落后面貌,20世纪80年代江西省开始实施"山江湖开发治理工程"。本着综合治理、系统开发、坚持发展与环境保护协调统一、坚持科技支撑等原则,根据"山江湖开发治理规划纲要"的总体要求,江西持续开展了保护生态环境、治理山水、发展区域经济、消除贫困等方面的建设。经过!"多年的努力,山江湖工程取得了明显的成效,生态环境得到明显改善,经济社会快速发展,群众生活水平迅速提高;同时在江湖流域开发治理方面取得一批科技成果,在国际上产生良好影响,成为江西绿色崛起的基石。
With the purpose of eliminating the backwardness status related to the ecological environmental deterioration in the basin of Poyang Lake, the lagged economic development as well as low living standards of the people, Jiangxi Province has begun the implementation of the program of Mountain - River - Lake development since 1980s. Based on comprehensive management, systematic development and coordination between sustainable development and environmental protection, Jiangxi has carried out the large - scale management related to ecological environmental protection, mountain and water improvement, regional economic development and poverty elimination in accordance with the overall requirements of ＂the Outline of Mountain- River- Lake Development Plan＂. Through 20 years＇ effort, the Mountain - River - Lake program has achieved a huge progress, the ecological environment has been improved obviously, the economy and society has been developed rapidly and the people＇s living standard has been improved greatly. In addition, it has obtained a batch of technological achievements in the development and management of basin of rivers and lakes, which generated a good influence in the world and became a foundation stone for the green rising in Jiangxi Province.
