摘要
目的研究引导式教育与整体护理相结合的护理模式在脑瘫患儿康复中的作用。方法随机选取98例脑瘫患儿进行分组比较研究,研究组(n=50)采用整体护理模式与引导式教育的原理和方法对患儿进行护理;对照组(n=48)采用常规护理方法,研究前后均对患儿进行疗效评价以及向患儿家长进行4项问卷调查。结果研究组与常规组相比能显著提高疗效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引导式教育与整体护理相结合的护理模式有利于脑瘫患儿更好地康复和回归社会,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the rehabilitation effects of conductive education combined with the general nursing model for children with cerebral palsy.Methods 98 children with cerebral palsy were randomly administered with routine nursing combined with conductive education(study group=50) and routine nursing(control group=48),curative effect and Survey were investigated before and after study.Results Study group compared with the conventional group can significantly improve the efficacy,the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion conductive education combined with general nursing can improve the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and is worthy of clinical application.
