摘要
以香草醛为原料,经碱氧化所得羧酸与乙酸酐反应酯化后,与二氯亚砜反应生成3-甲氧基-4-乙酰氧基苯甲酰氯,再与溴己新反应制得目标产物盐酸溴凡克新。所合成目标产物盐酸溴凡克新的结构经LC-MS、IR、1HNMR确证。工艺路线简单,总收率为49.7%。
3-Methoxy-4-acetoxy-benzoyl chloride (5) was obtained from vanilIin via oxidation, esterification and chlorination. Compound 5 reacted with bromhexine to give brovanexine hydrochloride. The structure of target compound was confirmed by LC-MS, IR and ^1H NMR. The synthetic route was simple and efficient to give the product in 49.7% overall yield.
