介绍了一种高精度、高抗干扰性、价格低廉、操作简便的超声波气体流量计。通过测量超声波脉冲沿顺、逆流两个方向上声波传播时间不同来测量气体的流速和流量的新技术。本设计使用高精度数字计时电路,计时精度达到皮秒级。
