摘要
学生骨干队伍作用的发挥是学生工作关键的一环,对学生思想政治工作的开展有着重要的意义。本文结合当前高校学生思想政治工作的实际,运用管理学、心理学的方法对学生骨干队伍作用的发挥作了探讨。初步总结了学生骨干队伍有效发挥作用的规律和方法。
College student leaders is a key part of student work which is of ~eat significance in carrying out ideological and political work. In this paper, by integrating the current ideological and political work of university students, the methods of management, psychology which play the role of student backbone are discussed. The student＇s backbone＇s effective role in the rules and methodology are summarized.
