摘要
目前,施工企业面临严峻的社会竞争形势和强大的市场压力,如何在这样的环境下,提升企业的竞争力,使自己立于不败之地?只有提高工程质量,以质取胜,走质量效益型道路,才是我国施工企业生存发展的必由之路。因此,加强施工质量管理的落实与控制,已成为施工企业管理的重中之重。本文结合在礼泉县小河抽水站渠道的施工经验,总结分析了质量管理的环节,并提出了施工质量管理与控制的具体措施。
At present, the construction enterprises are facing severe social situation and the strong market competition pressure, how to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises under such an environment？ The only way of improving the quality of the project is quality and efficieney type way which is the only way for survival and development of construction enterprises in China. Therefore, enhancing the implementation of construction quality management and controlling the management of construction enterprises have become the top priority. Combined with construction experience of pumping stations in Liquan, the aspects of quality management and construction quality management and specific measures control are proposed.
