摘要
高职生是我国未来生产建设和管理一线的生力军,是我国人才资源的重要组成部分。高职生在思想道德方面存在的主要问题包括思想道德修养较差、厌学情绪严重、心理健康问题突出等。高职院校应根据高职生思想道德现状及成因,研究加强和改进高职生思想政治教育的有效对策,把高职生培养成为高素质技能型人才。
