摘要
本研究以福建省某高校为例,通过调查和访谈的方式考察了高校知识女性职业发展现状。研究发现,高校知识女性职业发展在个人、院校、社会和文化观念四个层面上存在着阻碍。对策建议有:营造尊重女性、男女平等的社会氛围;制定具有性别敏感度的职位晋升计划,为知识女性职业发展营造良好的小环境;知识女性要提高自身职业发展意识,完成传统价值观的现代转换,树立正确的职业观。
This paper analyzes intellectual women's career development situation in universities through investigation and interview. There existed hindrance in personal,social,institutions and cultural areas about intellectual women's career development. There are some suggestions:building social atmosphere of respecting women and equality between man and woman; constructing a favorable environment to develop their career; increasing intellectual women's consciousness of career development to finish the transition of the traditional value,establishing right career ideas.
