摘要
用毛细管柱气相色谱法检测化妆品中邻苯二胺和氢醌(对苯二酚),采用Rtx-5型毛细管色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),根据标准品的色谱峰面积进行定量分析。该方法平均回收率为:邻苯二胺97.1%、氢醌98.4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于4.0%。
Determination of o-Phenylenediamine and Hydroquinone in cosmetic by capillary column - gas chromatography,the Rtx-5 capillary chromatographic column and FID were used in GC determination,quantitative analysis by peak area of reference material was done. The recovery rate was 97.1% for o-phenylenediamine and 98.4% for hydroquinone,The relative standard deviation were less than 4.0%.
