摘要
运用ANSYS有限元软件对脱硫设备中挡板门门叶的不同设计进行分析比较,对不同设计所产生的弯曲变形的原因做出分析阐述,得出了在门叶中增加斜拉筋的必要性。并在此基础上进一步分析了门叶各结构要素尺寸对抗弯强度的影响,推导出门叶抗弯强度计算公式。
By using ANSYS software, comparatively analyzes different damper vane design. Then expounds reasons resulted in vane deformation in different design, emphasizes the necessity of adding diagonal bracings in vanes. On basis of the same, make a further detail analysis on other structure parts dimension which impact flexural force, then infers the design formula of vane's flexural force.
