摘要 为了提高浆纱工艺参数设计的准确性,分析了影响压浆力、烘筒温度的影响因素并总结出了计算压浆力、烘筒温度的推导公式。通过对几十个品种的实践数据进行分析,对常用计算公式进行了修定。指出:压浆力、烘筒温度的设定会直接影响到纱线的上浆率和回潮率,压浆力大小的确定受到压浆辊挤压宽度、被覆与渗透要求、工艺要求上浆率、浆液浓度和浆液黏度等的综合影响。烘筒温度取决于压出回潮率、工艺要求回潮率、车速和纱线在烘筒上的排列紧度。根据工艺要求量化求出的压浆力和烘筒温度的计算公式能更好地指导浆纱质量的控制,保证上浆均匀,节约蒸汽消耗。 To improve design accuracy of sizing processing parameter,factors of effecting sizing pressure,dry can temperature were analyzed,formula of calculating sizing pressure and dry can temperature were deduced.Through analyzing dozens of product practical parameter,the formula was modified.It is pointed out that setting of sizing pressure and dry can temperature will effect yarn sizing percentage and regain directly.Confirmation of sizing pressure is effected by squeezing width of sizing pressure roller,covering and permeation demand,processing need sizing percentage,sizing concentration and sizing viscosity et al comprehensively.Temperature of dry can is decided by pressure regain,processing need regain,sizing speed and yarn arrange tightness on dry can.Sizing quality could be controlled better,sizing could be evener,consumption of steam air could be saved when setting sizing pressure and dry can temperature by calculated formula.
