摘要
探讨优化细纱机断面参数设计的途径。通过推导细纱机断面参数的计算公式,计算主要断面参数,定量分析了主要断面参数对须条无捻包围角及其弧长、加捻段纱条长度的影响,提出基本消除无捻包围角及其弧长的途径。指出:加大罗拉座倾角和前胶辊前冲量、增大导纱角、加装引纱罗拉等方法可以达到基本消除无捻包围角及其弧长,优化设计的目的。
Spinning frame section parameter design method was discussed. Computational formula of spinning frame section parameter was deduced, main section parameters were calculated. Effects of main section parameter on strand no twist wrapping angle, arc length,length of twisting section were analyzed quantificationally. Methods of elimina- ting basically no twist wrapping angle and arc length were put forward. It is pointed out that aim of optimizing design, e- liminating basically no twist wrapping angle and its arc length could be realized through increasing roller stand inclination and shift of front rubber-covered roll,adding guiding angle and installing guiding roller et al.
