摘要
探讨基于梳棉机的并条牵伸装置系统控制方案。针对并条牵伸装置系统控制过程的复杂性、快速性及其工艺特点要求,分析了多CPU模块化分布式控制结构在该系统中的应用,并介绍了并条牵伸装置系统的控制过程。指出该控制系统可同时处理多个任务,消除了软件相互冲突和干扰等难题,较好地解决了复杂运行算法的瓶颈问题,提高了系统整体性能,可以满足工艺要求。
Control system of drawing draft device used in carding machine was discussed. According to complexity, rapidity and processing characteristics demands in drawing draft device system control process, application of multi- CPU modularization distributed control structure in the system was analyzed. Control process of drawing draft device sys- tem was introduced. It is pointed out that the control system could process several missions at the same time, problems of software conflict and disturbance could be eliminated,bottleneck problem of complicated working arithmetic could be resolved, whole property of the system could be increased and processing demands could be satisfied.
