摘要 研究氧化醋酸酯木薯淀粉的制备方法、特性指标及在上浆中的应用。在纯棉品种和涤棉混纺品种上应用氧化醋酸酯淀粉进行了上浆实践,测试了不同羧基含量和取代度的氧化醋酸酯淀粉对涤棉及纯棉纱线的黏附性能指标和浆膜性能指标。浆纱实践结果表明,应用羧基含量1.0%、醋酸酯取代度0.08%的氧化醋酸酯淀粉对纯棉品种和涤棉混纺品种进行上浆,可以部分替代PVA,并且不增加浆纱成本。 Manufacture methods,property index and application in sizing of oxidation acetate cassava starch were studied. Oxidation acetate starch was used to size pure cotton product and polyester cotton blended product. Effect of oxidation acetate starch with different carboxvl content aod substitution degree on adhesivily index and size film property in- dex of polyester cotton yarn and pure cotton yarn were tested. The sizing practice shows that PVA could be replaced par- tially and sizing cost is not increased when oxidation acetate starch is used to size polyester cotton product and pure cotton product,which contains 1.0% carboxyl and 0.08% substitution degree of acetic ester.
