摘要
从技术水平、资本投入、产业结构、城市化进程四个因素出发,利用相关数据构建线性模型,对决定文化创意产业就业的因素进行数量分析。结果显示:投资水平、产业结构转变、城市化水平对文化创意产业的就业影响起着积极影响。从各因素的影响系数来看,城市化水平影响程度最大,而目前我国文化创意产业的技术水平还未对文化创意产业产生就业挤出效应,这说明了目前我国文化创意产业的技术可能仍以资本节约型技术为主。
This paper use the relevant data to analysis the cultural creative industry employment factors from technical level, capital investment, industrial structure and urbanization. The results show that capital investment, industrial structure and urbanization are playing a positive impact on culture creative industry employment.The coefficient of the factors shows the level of urbanization has the greatest influence. But the present technical level has the crowding-out effect, indicating that the current cultural creative industry technology may still be dominated by capital-saving technology in China.
