摘要
通过对强酸型大孔离子交换树脂氟化处理,用氟气以一定速度通过树脂层,从而生产出氟化树脂。氟离子与磺酸基紧密结合,减少磺酸基团的脱落,从而提高树脂的热稳定性能。将该催化剂用于异丁烯水合合成叔丁醇中试装置进行水合反应,结果表明:水合反应转化率大约提高10%~20%,出水电导率降低1/3~1/2,说明催化树脂经氟化后可以大大地提高磺化树脂的耐温性能,磺酸基不易脱落,从而拓展了催化树脂的应用范围。
A new kind of fluorinated resin was developed by fluorination of strong acid macroporous ion exchange resins. Fluoride ion and acid base were closely integrated to reduce the shedding of sulfonic acid groups,thereby enhancing the resin is thermal stability. The new resin was tested by isobutene hy- dration for synthesis of tert-butyl alcohol in the pilot plant. The results showed that hydration reaction conversion increased 10% —20% approximately,water conductivity decreased 1 /3—1 /2. It indicated that the heat-resistance of the catalytic resin could be greatly increased by fluorination. The sulfonic groups became difficult to fall off after fluorination,thus expanding the scope of application of catalytic resin.
