摘要
随着信息技术的发展和普遍应用,房产档案的信息化管理已成为一种趋势,也是提高房产档案管理水平和利用效率的一条重要途径。房产数字档案管理工作主要具有档案资料存储的数字化、档案信息传输的网络化、查询应用智能化等显著特点,这些特点对传统的房产档案管理工作提出了挑战,使得房产档案信息化管理存在一些不容忽视的问题,有针对性地解决这些问题是提高房产信息化管理水平的必由之路。
With the development of information technology and universal application,informational management of property records has become a trend,as well an important way to improve the real estate records management and use efficiently.Real estate management of digital archives has mainly characters of archival digital data storage,file information transmission network,application of intelligent queries and so on.These features challenge the traditional real estate archives management,and making many problems to the informational management of archives,it can not be neglected.Dealing with these problems by targeted manners is the only way to raise the level of real estate informational management.
