摘要
目的了解当前在校大学生睡眠质量现状及其影响因素。方法运用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及自行设计的睡眠影响因素调查问卷对菏泽市在校大学生进行随机分层整群抽样调查。结果有8.2%的大学生睡眠质量差,性别、年级、专业、生源、性自慰、上网时间、睡眠环境嘈杂、情绪不稳定、焦虑不安、疲劳过度、个人有烦恼无人倾诉、人际关系不融洽、经济压力大等是影响大学生睡眠质量的因素。结论大学生存在不同程度的睡眠质量问题,欲改善大学生睡眠状况,应该开展相应的心理、睡眠咨询,引导大学生养成良好的睡眠习惯,提高睡眠质量。
Objective To understand the current status of sleep quality in college students and their influencing factors.Methods Applying the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and the self-designed questionnaire of sleep factors,to stratify cluster random sampling survey among college students of the Heze city.Results Surveys show that 8.2% of students slept badly.The factors of affecting the sleep quality are: gender,grade,professional,sources,sexual masturbation,Internet time,noisy sleep environment,emotional instability,anxiety,over fatigue,nobody shares their troubles,no harmonious relationships,economic pressure and so on.Conclusions There are varying degrees of sleep quality among college students.To improve the sleeping situation,we should conduct the appropriate psychological and sleep consultation,guide them to develop good sleep habits,and improve sleep quality.
