摘要
论述了200MW机组汽轮机控制系统改造的范围,结合沙角A电厂3号机组提出了一个完整的改造方案,总结了改造的全过程,并指出本改造中存在的问题。本改造工程表明,采用先进的分散控制系统取代原中小型机组模拟电调系统中的组装仪表,对液压系统作相应改造,是中小型机组汽轮机电液并存系统改造的一种简单可行、收效显著的方法。
The range, scheme, process and existing problems of the turbine control system modification of Unit 3 (200 MW) in Shajiao A Power Plant are described. The modification result indicatesthat the method used is simple, feasible and effective, in which the advanced DCS is used instead ofthe packaged instrument in AEH system of middle or small size units and corresponding improvementsare made on the hydraulic control system.
