杀真菌剂对丛枝菌根烟苗生长及抗性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 选用病害防治中广泛使用的百菌清、代森锰锌和甲霜灵锰锌,研究杀真菌剂对丛枝菌根烟苗生长状况的影响。结果表明,施用杀真菌剂对丛枝菌根烟苗生长有明显的抑制作用;随杀真菌剂浓度增大,菌根烟苗生物量,N、P、K吸收量,SOD、CAT、POD活性都显著降低;在相同浓度处理下,甲霜灵锰锌对AM真菌生长和发育的抑制效果显著大于百菌清和代森锰锌,说明甲霜灵锰锌对AM真菌的毒性大。因此,为了减轻杀真菌剂对AM真菌的危害,发挥菌根效应,在达到防治病害的基础上应尽量降低杀真菌剂的施用浓度。 The present experiment has been conducted to study the influences of widely-used fungicides on growth and resistance of arbuseular mycorrhizal (AM) tobacco seedlings. Three fungicides, viz., chlorothalonil, coal-based acid and mancozeb were applied. A control (CK) was also maintained where water was applied instead of fungicides. The results showed that all the fungicides inhibited the growth of arbuscular mycorrhizal tobacco seedlings. The biomass, uptake of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and activities of SOD, CAT and POD were decreased significantly with increase in concentration of fungicides. The inhibitory effects of coal-based acid on the growth and development of AM fungi were much greater than those of chlorothalonil and mancozeb. It is reasonable to suggest for applying low concentration of fungicides during tobacco cultivation in order to reduce their harmful effects on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.
