摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜技术,观察长白楤木(Aralia contunentalis Kitag)根的结构及发育过程,结果发现其根的增粗生长由维管形成层活动形成的次生木质部和次生韧皮部组成;在次生结构中维管射线有4-5细胞宽,射线细胞内含有大量淀粉粒;次生木质部横切面可见导管散生或形成管孔团、径向复管孔,径向切面和切向切面可见导管分子壁有孔纹、梯纹、网纹增厚;在次生木质部和次生韧皮部中的薄壁细胞内含有大量的淀粉粒;在次生韧皮部中含有分泌道;其周皮结构完整.
The root structure and growth process of Aralia contunentalis Kitag were observed by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the thickening growth of its root was formed by the secondary xylem and secondary phloem; the vascular ray were 4 -5 cells wide in the secondary structure, and a large number of starch grains were contained in the ray cells; the pore cluster and radial pore multiple origined from vessel were seen in the cross - section of secondary xylem, the pit marking, scalariform marking and reticulated mottles were thickening in the radial and tangential section. In the secondary xylem and secondary phloem parenchyma cells contained a large number of starch grains ; in the secondary phloem contained secretory canals; the structure of periderm is integrity.
