摘要
本文介绍了从松材线虫病疫木的不同高度进行取样和分离,通过传统病原形态学方法进行检测和计数的技术,探讨松材线虫在松树体内的数量分布情况,从而提高松材线虫的检出率和缩短检疫时间。
This paper introduces the sampling and separating from different parts of wood infected by pine wood nematodes. To test and calculate by traditional pathogenic method and try to find out the number and distribution situation of nematodes in pine wood, increase the detection rate of pine wood nematode and shorten the quarantine time.
