摘要
采用乙酰丙酮荧光光度法研究虎尾兰吸收甲醛的工艺,研究表明虎尾兰吸收甲醛的最佳条件为赤霉素浓度13.0μg/mL、pH=6.5、处理时间240min。
In this paper, the process was studied of Sansevieria absorbing formaldehyde on fluorescence spectrophotometry method. The results indicated that the optimum process should be gibberellin concentration 13.0 μg/mL, pH value 6.5, the processing time 240 min.
