摘要
根据对电力工程项目管理的分析,针对电力施工企业在工程项目管理过程中面临的种种问题,结合多年电力行业信息化管理经验。将项目管理理论、工作流管理技术和Web技术相结合,提出了基于Web的工作流管理系统的设计和应用,解决了电力工程项目管理中业务流程多样化和不确定性带来的问题,实现了对电力工程项目业务流程的集成管理。
