摘要
分析数控机床远程诊断系统的构成与功能,探讨中间件DCOM、CORBA的特点,在充分利用DCOM、CORBA各自优势的基础上,提出一种高效率、高性能的基于CORBA-DCOM的分布式数控机床远程诊断系统。介绍该系统的开发过程,在现有软件开发平台上,经济、有效地解决了该系统中CORBA、DCOM桥接的关键技术难题。
The structure and functions of remote diagnosis system for CNC machine tool were discussed. The characteristics of the middleware CORBA and DCOM were discussed. Taking full advantage of the merits of CORBA and DCOM, a kind of distributed remote diagnosis system for CNC machine tool was presented which was efficient and had high performance. The development of this system was discussed. Based on existing software platform, the key technique puzzle of bridging CORBA and DCOM was solved economically and effectively.
