摘要
镁合金以其优越的性能在汽车行业中备受关注,同时电阻点焊是在汽车制造领域得到广泛应用的一种焊接方法,分析讨论了镁合金薄板电阻点焊的工艺及设备。镁合金薄板的点焊有一般点焊和附件工艺垫片新型点焊两类方法。一般点焊方法焊接镁合金所需电流大约是点焊低碳钢焊接电流的2倍,焊接时间较短,需约10周波的预压时间;而附加工艺垫片点焊镁合金时,焊接电流和低碳钢点焊电流基本相当,电极压力较小,增加电流下降时间可以有效减小接头的空洞分数。直流点焊工艺性能优于交流点焊,镁合金的点焊宜采用微机控制的逆变直流点焊设备。
Magnesium alloy with excellent characteristics beeomes the foeus in the automotive industries,meanwhile,resistance spot welding (RSW) is a widely used and important welding proeess in the weld of automotive manufacturing.Thus,resistance spot welding technology and equipment for magnesium alloy thin plate were analyzed in this paper.The welding ways of magnesium alloy include conventional resistance spot welding and new one with cover plates.For the former,the welding current for magnesium alloy was about twice as much as the current for mild steel,the welding time was shorter,pre-pressure time was general 10 cycles.For the latter,the welding eurrent for magnesium alloy was almost the same as the eun'ent for mild steel,the electrode pressure was smaller,adding down-sloping time could effectively lessen pore frietion in the joint.The performanee of DC-RSW is better than the one of AC-RSW, the inverter DC-RSW machine with microcomputer control system is better fit for magnesium alloy welding.
