摘要
基于顾客战略行为,利用理性预期均衡的相关知识研究了供应链两部定价契约问题。考虑由一个生产商、一个销售商和若干具有战略行为的顾客所组成的供应链。通过分析销售商与顾客的理性预期均衡,确定销售商的最优订货量,从而研究生产商与销售商之间的两部定价契约条款。研究结果表明,生产商应该把两部定价契约中的批发价设定在高于生产商边际生产成本;两部定价契约中的固定费用可以实现供应链内部利润的任意分配,有利于供应链达到整体绩效最优。
Based on strategic customers behavior,supply chain two-part tariff was studied by developing rational expectations equilibrium.Firstly,a supply chain model consisting of one manufacturer,one seller,and several customers with strategic behavior was considered.Then,through analyzing rational expectations equilibrium between the seller and the customers,the optimal ordering quantity of seller was determined.Consequently,the two-part tariff between the manufacturer and the seller was studied.Traditional supply chain knowledge generally considered that the wholesale price within the two-part tariff should be equal to manufacturer's marginal production cost.Research results revealed:the wholesale price should be set above manufacturer's marginal production cost.Moreover,the fixed fee within the two-part tariff allowed arbitrary splitting of the total profit of the supply chain,which was helpful for its optimal performance of the entire supply chain.
