我们需要怎样的三网融合? 被引量：8

摘要 三网融合的概念从提出到现在已有10年的时间。在经历了电信固网与移动网络的一网融合和电信网与互联网的二网融合之后,我国当前正面临的最大挑战是广电网、电信网和互联网之间的三网融合问题。虽然国家有关部门正在大力推进三网融合的进程,但我们究竟需要怎样的三网融合,如何保证三网融合的健康发展,是学术界、企业界和政府决策层共同面临的问题。在这一背景下,本文对三网融合的概念、背景、模式和问题进行了探讨和反思。
