摘要 通过在电炉炉后和精炼炉采用硅锰合金或锰铁合金脱氧,将钢中自由氧含量控制在100×10-6以上,电炉炉后采用硫磺粉增硫,精炼炉采用硫铁矿或硫线补硫,将钢中硫含量控制在0.35%~0.41%、Mn/S≥3.0,山东石横特钢生产了1215HS低碳高硫易切削钢,钢中硫化物形态为球形或纺锤形,切削性能良好,完全满足下游用户使用要求。 Shandong Shiheng Special Steel produced 1215HS low carbon high sulfur free-cutting steel through taking a series of process measures.They are as follows:deoxidizing by silicon manganese alloy or manganese iron after electric furnace smelted or in refining furnace,then the free oxygen content in the molten steel was controlled above 100×10-6;resulfurization with sulfur powder after electric furnace smelted and supplement sulfur with pyrite or sulfur wire in the refining furnace,then the sulfur content was controlled between 0.35% and 0.41% and Mn/S≥3.0.The sulfide in the steel demonstrated spherical or spindle-shaped morphologies with good cutting performance.It satisfied the needs of the downstream users entirely.
