摘要
近年来,我国政府所提供的在线公共服务得到了社会的肯定。但是,电子治理模式下的政府公信力却在不断地降低,尤其是我国地方政府的公信力正处在一个低潮时期,对此,各地方政府必须在实施政务公开与信息反馈、平衡政民关系、推行移动政务与信息共享和严肃对待网络监督与制度保障等方面积极做出回应,才能有效地推动地方政府公信力的提升。
In recent years,the online public services provided by the government has been approved by the society.However,the e-governance model of the government＇s credibility is reducing continuously,in particularly,the credibility of local governments in China are in a downturn.Therefore,the local governments needs to effectively promote its own credibility which necessary to respond to public mass,making government affairs public and information feedback,to balance and interaction between government and civil society,to implement mobile-government and information-sharing and take the network monitoring seriously and system protection.
