摘要
通过使用赫兹接触理论对球笼式等速万向节椭圆型沟道的接触应力进行参数化的公式推导,发现万向节的结构参数中钢球回转直径、钢球直径、沟道的沟曲率系数以及接触角对其接触应力大小有一定的影响。应用正交试验优化设计方法,通过以接触应力大小为其性能指标,选取对接触应力大小有直接影响的钢球回转直径、钢球直径,沟道的沟曲率系数和接触角4个主要因素作为自变量设计其正交化试验。对正交试验结果进行极差分析,得到4个主要因素对接触应力大小的影响显著程度,以及各个因素水平变化对接触应力大小影响的趋势。
With the parametric formula derivation for the elliptical-type raceway of ball-cage type constant velocity joint on the basis of the Hertz contact theory, it is found that in all of the structural parameters of the universal joint, the ball rotating diameter, the ball diameter, the groove curvature coefficient of raceway, and the contact angle has a celtain influence on contact stress. Using the orthogonal testing optimum design method, and taking the size of the contact stress as the performance index, chosing the four major factors as independent variable, the ball rotating diameter, the ball diameter, the groove curvature coefficient of raceway, and the contact angle which has directly influence on the contact stress the orthogonal test is designed. By the range analysis of the result of the orthogonal test, the degree and trend which the four major factors have influence on the contact stress are got.
