摘要
六甲基二硅烷与碘反应生成三甲基碘硅烷.在三甲基碘硅烷作用下,头孢噻肟酸与2,3-环戊烯并吡啶反应生成硫酸头孢匹罗.采用盐酸直接结晶法制备中间体头孢匹罗氢碘酸盐,并选用新型离子交换树脂进行转盐反应获得硫酸头孢匹罗,其收率和质量明显提高,总收率约60.5%.
Cefpirome dihydroidiode was synthesized by treatment of cefotaxime with 2,3-cyclopenopyridine in the presence of trimethyliodosiline,which was prepared by reaction of trimethyliodosilane with iodine.Cefpirome sulfate was obtained by using new ion exchange resin to treat cefpirome dihydroidiode after crystallization and purification.The yield and quality of cefpirome sulfate was improved obviously,the overall yield was about 60.5 %.
