参麦、氨溴索对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期治疗作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察参麦、氨溴索注射液在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的治疗效果。方法:选择慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者70例,随机分为两组,治疗组35例、对照组35例,两组在抗生素、吸氧、β_2受体激动剂和二羟丙茶碱解痉平喘等常规治疗基础上,治疗组给予参麦注射液、氨溴索注射液静滴,对照组单用氨溴索注射液静滴,观察两组临床疗效及PaO_2、PaCO_2的变化。结果:治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组PaO_2均升高(P>0.05),治疗组较对照组PaCO_2明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:参麦联合氨溴索注射液在COPD急性加重期较单一静滴氨溴索对缓解COPD急性加重期患者临床症状、改善PaO_2及降低PaCO_2疗效好。
