摘要
目的:探讨运用人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性化脓性泪囊炎的手术效果。方法:对24例(26眼)慢性泪囊炎患者在局麻下,经鼻腔逆行植入永久性人工鼻泪管,术后随访3月,观察其临床疗效。结果:术中24例患者均顺利植入人工鼻泪管,手术成功率100%。经3月随访观察,不流泪,冲洗泪道通畅23只眼。结论:应用人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性化脓性泪囊炎手术时间短、出血少、安全性高,具有肯定的临床效果。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of artificial nasolacrimal canal placement for treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 24 patients （26 eyes） with chronic dacryocysfitis received nasolacrimal stent placement. The success rate of the stent placement was 100% .The period of postoperative follow - up was 3 months. The symptoms completely disappeared in 23 eyes. Conclusion The interventional nasolaerimal stent placement is a safe, simple and effective method for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
