摘要
随着医疗市场的不断发展,医院竞争日益激烈,在竞争中医院管理水平的高低决定了成败,提高医院管理人员的综合素质成为迫切需要。我们打破行业障碍,通过在医疗行业中引入企业管理模拟沙盘,将企业经营管理内容与医院管理人员培训相结合,有效提高了管理人员的综合素质。
With the continuous development of the health care market, being increasingly competitive, in the competition the hospital managemerit level determined the success or failure of. Improve the overall quality of hospital management personnel become an urgent need for. In this study, introduced the Business Manngemem Simulation Sandbox in the medical industry, combined content of enterprise manngemem with hospital management personnel training, effectively improved the overall quality of the managemem staff.
