高钢级管线钢应变时效行为对其应用的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Strain-aging on Application of High-grade Pipeline Steels

摘要 在经过防腐热涂敷、焊接受热过程或服役一段时间后,管线钢材料会产生应变时效作用,其表现为拉伸应力应变曲线形状发生变化,屈服强度及屈强比升高,形变强化指数下降等。应变时效对管线主要的影响包括承压能力、环焊缝匹配、压缩应变容量、低周疲劳强度等。提出了改进措施。 After anti-corrosion thermal coating,girth welding or service,pipeline steels always show a strain aging effect.It presents mainly shape changes of tensile stress-strain curve,rise of yield strength and yield ratio,and drop of strain hardening exponent.Therefore,the effects of strain aging on pipeline service should be investigated.They are mainly on collapse resistance,girth weld matching,compressive strain capacity,low-cycle fatigue strength,etc.
