摘要
为满足激光-电弧复合焊接曲线焊缝的要求,研制了一种具有随动功能的焊接装置。该装置通过伺服电机驱动精密齿轮机构,带动电弧焊炬绕激光束中心旋转,从而实现焊接过程中电弧焊炬相对于激光焊炬的实时调整。为满足装置高刚性、轻量化的要求,进一步对装置进行了动态特性分析和结构优化。采用研制的装置进行了激光-电弧复合焊接试验,达到了预期功能,为曲线焊缝,特别是封闭曲线焊缝的复合焊接提供了新的思路和手段。
In order to meet the requirements of laser-arc hybrid welding of curve seam, a follow-up device with arc torch rotating around laser beam was developed. It led arc torch rotating around laser beam with precision gear being driven by servo motor, so that the attitude and position of arc torch to laser beam can be adjusted in real-time during hybrid welding. Aiming at the high rigidity and lightweight of the device, its characteristics of dynamic analysis and structural optimization are carried out. Finally, the developed device is applied to laser-MIG hybrid welding tests, and the desired function is achieved. Consequently a new way of thinking and means for hybrid welding of curve seam is provided, especially for that of closed curve.
