微交联SEBS复合材料性能研究

摘要 采用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)作为交联剂对热塑性弹性体聚苯乙烯-聚乙烯-聚丁烯-聚苯乙烯(SEBS)进行化学微交联。考察了DCP的用量对SEBS交联度及其力学性能、剥离强度的影响。结果表明:材料交联度随DCP用量的增加而增大;拉伸强度经历了一个先升后降的过程,在DCP用量小于0.1 g时,拉伸强度随DCP用量的增加而变大,用量大于0.1 g时,拉伸强度随用量的增加而变小,拉伸永久变形量随DCP用量的增大而减小;剥离强度总体上随DCP用量的增加而增大。 Styrene-ethylene-butylene-stylene block coplymer(SEBS)was chemically micro-crosslinked by the crosslink agent of dicumyl peroxide(DCP),and the effect of DCP content on the crosslink degree,mechanical properties and peel strength of the SEBS was also investigated.The results showed that with the amount of DCP increased,the crosslinking degree of SEBS increased gradually,but the tensile deformation of SEBS increased and then decreased.When the dosage of DCP was less than 0.1 g,the tensile strength would increase,when the dosage of DCP was more than 0.1 g,the tensile strength would decrease.The permanent tensile deformation decreased with the increase of the content of DCP,and the peel strength increased.
