摘要 动态负压射孔是一种在射孔瞬间清理射孔孔道的新方法,其原理是通过快速吸收井筒内的残余爆轰能,使井筒内压力在射孔后瞬间下降,产生瞬间冲击回流,冲洗射孔孔道及孔道周围压实带。通过适当增加射孔枪上孔眼的数目和面积增大射孔后井筒内流体进入射孔枪的面积,进而增大流量,使动态负压幅度更强;通过增大枪内空间增大射孔枪容纳外来流体的能力,增加动态负压作用时间。动态负压射孔前不需要降低井筒内初始液面高度,使射孔前的准备更加简单。6口生产井的试验应用表明,应用动态负压射孔技术,采液强度提高7%。 Dynamic under-balanced pressure perforating is a new method for cleaning up perfora- tions immediately after perforating. By the rapid absorption of the residual explosion energy within the wellbore, the wellbore pressure decreases rapidly, and with the fast back surge flow created by the dynamic under-balanced pressure differential, the perforations and crushed zone can be cleaned. The fluid flow, which enters into perforating gun from the wellbole after perfora- ting, can be increased by appropriately increasing the number and size of the perforation hole, so as to make the dynamic under-balanced pressure amplitude stronger. The action time of the dy- namic under-balanced pressure is extended by increasing the perforating gun inner space. It has no use for decreasing the initial fluid height, and makes the perforating preparation much simp- ler. Experimental applications in 9 production wells show that fluid producing intensity increases 7% by using dynamic under-balance pressure perforating technology.
