摘要
研究了Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅶ)、Cr(Ⅵ)对中华原钩虾幼虾的急性致毒效应,结果表明:Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅶ)、Cr(Ⅵ)对中华原钩虾幼虾的24 h LC50分别为1.403,2.105,3.820,36.15 mg/L,48 h LC50分别为0.475 9,0.718 8,1.251,10.38 mg/L。四种重金属的毒性顺序为Zn(Ⅱ)>Cd(Ⅱ)>Mn(Ⅶ)>Cr(Ⅵ)。
Acute toxicity of Zn,Cd,Mn and Cr ions to Eogammarus sinensis juvenile were studied.The results showed that the 24 h LC50 of Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅶ) and Cr(Ⅵ) Were 1.403、2.105、3.820 and 36.15 mg/L,respectively and the 48h LC50 of Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅶ) and Cr(Ⅵ) were 0.475 9、0.718 8、1.251、10.38 mg/L.The order of acute toxicity of Zn,Cd,Mn and Cr ions to Eogammarus sinensis Juvenile was Zn(Ⅱ) Cd(Ⅱ) Mn(Ⅶ) Cr(Ⅵ).
