摘要 通过对电视机双色面壳塑件结构的分析,结合高光无痕注射成型工艺和双色注射成型工艺的要求,阐述了电视机面壳双色高光无痕注射模的浇注系统、模温控制系统、顶出系统和排气系统的设计方法和模具的工作过程及设计要点。经过大规模生产验证,模具结构设计合理,成型塑件质量满足要求。 Based on the product structure analysis of TV front cabinet plastic part,combined with the requirements of high gloss double-injection moulding process, this article describes the design techniques and key points on mold runner system,mold temperature control system,ejecting system and venting system for TV front cabinet high-gloss double-injection mold Through large-scale production verified, design of this mold structure is confirmed reasonable, and molding product quality meet requirements.
