纳洛酮联合注射用果糖治疗急性酒精中毒临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察纳洛酮联合注射用果糖治疗急性酒精中毒的临床疗效。方法将60例急性酒精中毒患者随机分为2组,单独采用纳洛酮治疗的为对照组,在采用纳洛酮的基础上同时联用注射用果糖治疗为观察组。观察2组患者的清醒时间和独立行走时间。结果观察组患者清醒时间及独立行走时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合注射用果糖治疗急性酒精中毒的疗效优于单独使用纳洛酮治疗,有较好的促醒作用。
